3.	Die Anästhesie-Ehrennadel in Gold kann an Mitgliedern verliehen werden, die sich herausragende Verdienste um die DGAI erworben haben.
4.	Die Verleihung der silbernen und der goldenen Ehrennadel wird auf Antrag des Präsidiums nach Beratung im Präsidentenbeirat mit Zweidrittelmehrheit der anwesenden Mitglieder des Erweiterten Präsidiums beschlossen.
5.	Eine Bekanntgabe der Verleihung der Anästhesie-Ehrennadel erfolgt in der Zeitschrift "Anästhesiologie und Intensivmedizin".
